- All dolls are available for immediate shipment.
- Once a purchase is made and dolls are in stock, please allow 1 to 2 business days for shipment processing.
- All orders are processed as promptly as possible.
- All orders are shipped via Fedex ground shipping or USPS Priority service.
- Transit time for order delivery varies by location.
- MyBTFF ships only to the Continental United States, and does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, Canada, Puerto Rico or other countries.

All order cancellations must be processed within 1 hour of purchase.
100% of the purchased price is refunded if item is returned in its original condition.
If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, or item is damaged, we will replace with the same or similar item at the customer’s request, free of charge; or the customer can request a refund!
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
Refunds will be issued and refunded by the same payment method.

Acceptable return window: within 15 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
